My 16 year old nephew is in an economics class where they are given a 100K sim account and have a contest to see who makes the most by end of school year. So he asks me for help and I ask a few questions of why the short term focus(i.e. trading) he doesn't know but the teacher is NOT teaching investing. So I said let's beat them at their own game. He's been buying BTC at the bottom of the channel and selling it at the top. He's crushing the other kids and having a good old time.

I like setups like this one a lot for a long term investment. Long term as in like the next decade. AMD coming out of a 10 year base.

INTC out of a 16 year base. I think chips could be one of the biggest winners over the next 10-15 years. I like chips and financials a lot.

I've read the bans were expected and aren't completely comprehensive.

My problem with most cryptocurrencies is their values are not supported by anything concrete. I bet this is one reason their prices have been so volatile.
