2019 + 2022 (the carport is the same)

That is the new version of the house, completed in the past year I think.

This is weird. If you click around on that Zillow picture of 20 Pacheco, it will give you high res pictures of the previous version of the home!!!

And this was worth $1.5? Oh, yea, sure, you betcha!!

At the outset of this saga the public records was still showing the home at (IIRC) 3bd/1ba @ 1092sf. That reference got updated later. They're now showing it at 4bd/2ba @ 1720sf, which that doesn't actually look right to me when considering the entire lower level looks like they built it out. Unless they didn't excavate the entirety of the slope under the original house.

To be honest, the version I saw when I drove by in 2021 had been cleaned and painted on the outside. Otherwise it was the same. -- I never saw the inside. But, something FISHY is going on. It appears to be a scam. And one might venture to ask whether Miller herself was in on it. .... Is there that much money involved?

TMZ link. I just don't think anything was really learned or settled. There is a 30-second ad, then the Austin's explain it all.
The other reality is an appraiser is really never free to comment, cause they have a client and that controls them.

Realist has the GLA now at 2173. Look at the Realist Mortgage Records, that tells another story. They said they had $400K in upgrades by the time of the Miller appraisal --- but where did that money come from? What I see is cash out financing in multiple steps on top of lowering the interest rate.

None of this makes much sense. Something is amiss.

This is what most of those homes look like in their original configuration. This one sold 06/2019 for $650k. That's 3 years after the Tates bought in.

2173sf looks more consistent with what we'd expect.

Google updated photos for Pacheco St, but not Dutton Ct - the corner st. Click on Dutton Ct then rotate 90 degrees - and you will see previous picture. I found the date and it is from April 2019. So, as of the date of the Miller Appraisal, it looked like that Dutton Ct version - only the house had been cleaned and painted on the outside. And, may have had some interior remodeling. But it was still a 1000 sf home.

Our federal and state governments are totally riddled with corruption. Especially HUD. But don't forget the $1T/year military budget --- which many are saying that, as of this year, is far higher than the military budgets of all other countries combined. So, why have we been losing wars? Afghanistan? Iraq? Vietnam? All failures. And so far Ukraine can't get the military supplies it needs. If you took just $100B from the military budget - just imagine what could be done with that.

One might say, you really can survive in this day and age unless you join the "team" - and become part of the corruption yourself. What a shame. It explains the power of the Democrat machine - a group of labor unions and other organizations that stick together like glue and screw the rest of the country.

---> That's why I have been for Trump. DeSantis is to my liking as well. People who kick butt, improve efficiency and get things done. That's what we need in the government.

These ubiquitous attorneys - everywhere - will be the death of our society.
