I have a problem with any government welfare. I don't think people feel as much value in themselves when you give them things. We call people disabled and they can still be productive members of society, instead we pay them welfare for nothing. If our economy collapses, they have no worries about their next pay check, but I do.
You hardazz. Every man for themselves. Do you ever go to the doctor?

I believe most folks feel the same way as you....
Me included but then again I didn't have much adversity in my life that prevented me from doing my thing....
Like disable child who required/requires crib to coffin care, horrific accident, etc....
Some people legitimately need the help....
It's the fraudsters that create distrust....

I've been fortunate not to have been punched in the mouth....

I'm more of a teach a man to fish kind of person. Almost everyone can do something productive, instead of paying people for nothing.

POOR OP. They were focused on Marin City.

I thought we were on handouts, and racism.
I don't think this black family was on handouts. They got more money than me.

Marin City is rich in my neck of the woods.

Anything specific about what he was not impressed about? Like major things that had an impact on the valuation? I'm curious how he got a hold of them. Did the defendents come to him? How else would he get them?
No, didn't go into much detail....just mentioned it briefly then on to the next topic. It was an online course, so difficult to ask questions.

I can't imagine what a vacant site in a newly developed subdivision in California costs right now. California is so big I can't even grasp differences in locations.
