That contradicts UAD on a FNMA form?Perhaps it's a client-specific requirement?

Since it's more than two oak tress, that should be largest. Sorry, I'm in a TC kind of mood today, comparative vs superlative adjective......unless the report is FHA then it doesn't matter.UAD is looking for the words East, West, North, South. It doesn't matter if it's streets, rocks, train tracks or the larger of three oak trees.
TC would ding you for spelling trees wrong.....Since it's more than two oak tress, that should be largest. Sorry, I'm in a TC kind of mood today, comparative vs superlative adjective......unless the report is FHA then it doesn't matter.
Yikes, guilty as charged, and it's too late to edit. I'm just glad Pete didn't see it and give me the business, fortunately, this thread hasn't gone political so he won't read it.TC would ding you for spelling trees wrong.....
The only time I get upset about neighborhood boundaries is when it's clear the OA is a runner from a couple hours away. Are you a notary or a reviewer?
I don't think there are rules about made up neighborhood descriptions. I'll check efanniemae.com.
OKIE DOKIE... So what are the street names? (PS- It isn't those numbers but it is numbers if it is mapped..which most of the county isn't.)
