Boundary Description City Limits Good Enough?

The city limits to the North, East, South and West. Problem solved.

The neighborhood boundaries is one of the many pet peeves I have with AMC's. Heaven forbid if you cross a RR with comparable

Is that map where my morning eggs come from ??!!
Not so much but a few farms that far south. If you go a little further, then the chicken boys from Ft. Smith are the main guys. Most of the growers and eggs are just north of there on the OK side of the "fence"... But there are a few and one major organic egg grower has several houses around. Those are mostly free range organic and run about $5-8 a doz. "Conventional" eggs are $2 or so.

City limit border to the North, city limit border to the South, city limit border to the East, city limit border to the West.
It is what it is. If the reviewer doesn't like it, he can go pound sand. Tell him to stop ordering you to make your report misleading or the next call will be to the lender explaining that this reviewer is ordering a misleading report.

It is a lender owned AMC. The underwriter is just on a power trip. I really do not have time for this BS.

He's shootin blanks, OSU. He's got nothing to stand on. My post above falls directly in line with UAD specs.

I was told once that I had to put in roads as boundaries. /QUOTE]
Whomever told you that is an idiot who does not know what they are talking about. Here is the actual UAD requirement which clearly states that the boundaries do not have to streets but can be just about any physical or legal feature:

$5 for directions.
"Okay, now, uh, you see -- you see which way you're pointing, right? Yeah, okay, that's good 'cause you see that place? You see where it say "rib tips"? Yeah, well, forget that. don't go that way. You're gonna go all the way down about half a block and you'll see a torino with no wheels on it. Now, inside that torino is my cousin jackie. Now, you tell him you my boy and that you lost, and he'll make sure you get to where you going 'cause you don't want to know from me, man. This ain't even my neighborhood. I'm from the west side of chicago, here on vacation."

Has anybody heard that UAD will require neighborhood boundaries to be on the location map? This is copy and paste from a recent engagement letter I've see "Drawing the neighborhood boundaries on the location map is helpful and will soon be a UAD requirement, so please start now". Anybody else heard of this? A quick Google search did not confirm or deny this.

Since the UAD applies to discrete data entry fields to allow importing of data into a database and does not even apply to any narrative comment fields I would be curious as to how they would even attempt to apply this to the contents of a graphic image. Call out the vendor and have them provide documentation of the impending requirement.

That does not restrict the client from requesting this reporting requirement but it likely has absolutely nothing to do with UAD

Didn't that used to at least,

be an FHA requirement?

I know I've marked boundaries on maps before.
