I know. I just meant I hadn't heard from him in a while. My mother used to use that phrase when we hadn't heard from a family member in some time.

I can't recall the name of the company, but as best I recall (and my memory is not perfect on this), I believe that the company focuses on "back-end" (post-closing) appraisals.
