Also did the presentation but as I have never used Bradford or Click Forms have not yet been able to do the "training". Weird as that sounds as all these 3.6 software companies are in competition. The other I am now leaning towards is SFREP Appraise It which as of now seem to have more information available. Have used AVCI forever but definitely not staying with them. Any other feedback welcomed from others also searching the the right software for a single appraiser hoping to work till May 2028 when I will definitely retire at age 84!Just wondering if anyone here participated in the presentation and training for Bradford's version of 3.6. I took part in the presentation and part of the training. The training was mostly just like the presentation. You had to register for the training webinar to get access to the software. What are your thoughts on this software? I have not checked out any other vendors' offerings yet.
I used Total for about a year in the 90’s so I really can’t compare it to Bradford. However, in their presentation, Bradford did compare their product to the “form filling other guys” and their way is the “way of the future”. Time will tell if that is true or just “sales hype”.A thousand comments in word doc sound so time saving. total will have a quick list, at least a good starting point.
What specifically did you find difficult/confusing (I watched the presentation as well, there's a lot going on).Didn’t get too far before calling it a day.
