BREA and Appraisal Foundation didn't get Trumps message....

are you implying the author does does not agree?

The Appraisal Foundation and its affiliated organizations, such as the Appraiser Diversity Initiative (ADI) and the Appraisal Institute Education and Relief Foundation (AIERF), have openly supported scholarships aimed at increasing diversity in the appraisal profession. While some scholarships are open to all applicants, others, like the AIERF Minorities and Women College Scholarship, specifically consider minority status as a factor in eligibility. The Appraiser Diversity Initiative (ADI) is a collaboration between TAF, the Appraisal Institute, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the National Urban League, all working to bring more diversity into the field. Similarly, the AIERF Minorities and Women College Scholarship is designed to support minority and female students pursuing careers in real estate appraisal.

Personally, I don’t agree with race-based scholarships—I think they should be strictly merit-based. But the fact remains that TAF and its partners do support scholarships where race can be a factor. Whether or not that’s the right approach is up for debate, but the existence of these programs isn’t. So, does TAF back scholarships that consider race? Yes. Are there sources to prove it? Also yes. The facts are clear, whether people agree with them or not.

And let's face it.TAF could care less about minorities; they are just playing politics to stay in power.

Outside of a few appraisers nobody has ever heard of TAF...how many are there ? 10 people ? really not a big deal.

Had to support DEI and today boycotted the companies that eliminated DEI.
We have to stand together.
Did shop at Costco since they still have DEI policy.

I *uncloaked* this thread as it was somehow showing up as "ignored" (though not in my profile) ... anyway ... I think I ignored an earlier thread by the same name ....

... my reaction to anything BREA?

*BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!* :rof:

Why, you might ask?

Because ...

I could be slang and say ice skating.
ahh, ok I though Circumvent was something in the temple to keep the cold air flowing during the bris, limit skin damage and such. If there was such a thing as a form for commercial appraisers for religious structures you would just check the Circumcision Vent box (combined and noted abbreviated as "circumvent" to fit tiny form) in the same section as heating and cooling as we do FAU and CAC, etc..
