All I can contribute is - stay away from stucco from any builder.
That is synthetic stucco, i.e, EIFS. Crap on styrofoam. . . . . Real stucco you'll find on mansions.

obviously it varies from region to region but in my neck of the woods ryan are widely known as the bottom of the barrel for national builders. they sub out everything to the lowest bidder and the quality is crap for the most part. i would not live in a ryan-built house if you gave it to me for free (ok, maybe for a year but only to resell it later!). i did a refi on a 4 year old ryan house a few years ago and it was filled with problems - all porch railings had rotted out and were removed, several roof leaks, problems with the plumbing lines in two bathrooms, vinyl flooring in kitchen was fading and peeling, etc etc.

around here most ryan developments went up to the $300k mark but that was the ceiling. last year i got an order for a new subdivision they were building with a ~$550k contract price. i literally spit my drink all over my screens when i read that. i could not turn it down fast enough.

i have no experience with the other builders you have listed.
