Bye, Bye, ASC -Appraisal Subcommittee on the verge of shutting down

So, it's basically utter chaos. The ASC is a shuttered building TAF is as rogue as ever, and the GSEs, lacking authority, are rewriting licensing rules, leaving the states in complete disarray. Great job, everyone!

That's some serious freebleeding. Exactly what do you think TAF or the GSEs have done WRT appraisal requirements that would disrupt the states?

delegating law writing responsibilities to unelected officials is unconstitutional... sow rule wtf is that:rof:

The ASC is toothless, Bunton showed us that during the run up to his installing Davids in his place.

Being unconstitutional and enforcing something are two separate issues.

I highly doubt any constitutional lawyer
is looking to take on a case that could be years in the courts with nobody paying his legal fees. Worse who has been damaged by a poorly designed regulatory agencie thats not even large enough to fill small banquet room at a Motel 6....lmao

b franklin is flipping over in his grave... :ROFLMAO:

I'm not criticizing anyone in particular there (I've chatted with several, nice enough folks - hate the game, not the player). But they can't even get a basic accurate count of the number of licensed appraisers that there are in the USA which is as simple as coming up with a unique ID system (to deal with multi-state licensees):

Ben Franklin was wealthy and pulled weight in England and the New America and didn't concern himself with nonsensical things that had no effect on him.

In order to own land or vote you had to be white and wealthy. Ben Franklin would have owned the agency so there would be no issues about constitutional law.

better slip with a foot then a tongue... :ROFLMAO:

King Daddy Bunton showed everyone who the boss really is.
