That's the program in the OP.On this topic of AI and Excel, this is pretty durn cool: https://www.tryshortcut.AI (you will manually have to type in lowercase .AI as AF upcases it when a link for some reason).
Well I'm slow lol. Speaking of errors. Gracias. That's the program in the OP.
Alright, what are you trying to sell again?Hopefully, excel mistakes cost companies billions of dollars per year: https://www.solving-finance.com/post/the-wall-of-shame-for-the-worst-excel-errors
This is why I encourage commercial appraisers to get way from the Excel <=> Word rats nest for their reports and use proper narrative software.
I haven't. My brother and I are decent at programming in Excel, Word and Access. We purchased a software program to do what we're effectively doing now. It might have been Narrative One. The company went out of business the month we purchased our subscription, and we weren't reimbursed. We decided to keep it in house after that nonsense. We didn't even get to do one job with it.Yeah, these things are still just too brittle - too many places for connections and formulas to go wrong.
Have you looked at RealQuantum or StartDeck?
I don't sell narrative software - just seen one too many logic mistakes in DIY appraisal software. Anyways, why when there's better solutions?Alright, what are you trying to sell again?
That's crappy, reach out to their former founder Tom Armstrong - he's created a new narrative product that looks pretty good: https://www.startdeck.comIt might have been Narrative One. The company went out of business the month we purchased our subscription, and we weren't reimbursed.
