CA Class action lawsuit re: AMC undisclosed fees?

Money is not root of all evil. The love of money is a root of all evil.

"Thou shalt have no other gods before Me" (Hebrew: לֹא יִהְיֶה לְךָ אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים עַל פָּנָי, romanized:

I read Joan like a book and she won't likely return for conversation.

However, I would love it at the moment. FYI. LOL

Joan Trice, Where are you baby? We had such a nice relationship honey.

The only fee that matter's is what you put in your pocket. The rest is just beating a dead horse.

It is not that. When some banks (not all bank like amccs) and other parties helped get the original bill changed from AMC and appraisal fees separated on truth in lending disclosures to commingling of fees, it changed the market structure in appraisal profession. It changed the market structure to more of an oligopsony market structure.

If AMC and APPRAISAL fees were separated on truth in lending disclosures, it would also create huge competition between AMCs. Like ruinous competition between AMCs. One AMC would underbid the next AMC and the next one and the next one. Some AMCs would be able to perform their duty way cheaper than another AMC and drive that other AMC out of business. The bank would want the cheapest AMC.

But some banks don't even use AMCs so when I say bank, that is not a universal term that includes all banks.

Have you ever heard the tide turns sometimes. The tide may be turning.

Mr. Newsom, can you take me out to dinner if your citizen wins this lawsuit against a huge conglomeration that is violating your laws?

I understand Gov Newsome, it may be too much to ask, however you are the Governor Sir.

Dinner for poor boy like me is little to ask for with all due respect Governor of CA.

Play me. I can get really nasty on separation of fees. Nobody scares me on my position on separation of fees in appraisal profession. Nobody means nobody.
