Can anyone recomend a tax preparer/accountant?

I have a good CPA, very thorough and on the ball. She goes through my bookkeeping and handled schedules for three closings last year for $2,700.

i got a local recomendation from a friend, thanks for all the replies! I do not have the confidence in my abiltiited wrt usingTurbo tax but it's great that it is available.

You can't do the regular Turbotax. You would have to get the home/business version.

I can't retire and collect social security because I make too much from rentals.
My SS is taxed like 85% of the benefits. So unfair.
Have no choice but to wait til my full retirement age.

Last year, didn't make that much money in appraising but still was good income year.
I will be paying more taxes. Ugh.
