Perhaps a FULL FHA condo report also.

Even a bioler plate or template would be GREAT!

I would love to see the differing addenda and format.

I think you'll find that most are unwilling to do so unless you have demonstrated a real need. And even then you'll probably have to have been around a while before people will just email their works to you.

Bob, Print out the revised Appendix D. It can be found at HUDClips as an attachment to mortgagee letter 2005-48. It gives line by line instructions for filling out the 05 Fannie forms to meet FHA protocol.

Wow, interesting responses.

I would be happy to email off a report to help those in need of specific formats. I would remove the privacy data first, of course.

I understand that there are over 100,000 of us nationwide, so I am not sensitive to a competitive edge gained from my assistance; with only a very few of us in this great forum.

And being an independent fee appraiser that deals with mostly small broker clients for nearly 30 years, has given me a true insight to success in this industry, that no data preparation technique could train anyone for. Those of us in this arena, know all this... too well.
