If a homeowner asks about fees, I freely discuss the topic. I have never had an issue and could care less at this point of any consequences. I am typically the appraiser of last resort for AMCs anyway since I can't complete 1004 for $280. On a side note, in my office we have a Clear Crapital pool based on how many times that AMC will call each day trying to place low-fee work. It is the only call I am OK with not answering. They typically leave messages asking us to quote their low fee work when any sane person knows that is time you will never get back because they will never accept your reasonable fee.The alienation continues.
