Client portal indicates my comments violate fair lending

thought crimes...word crimes...tongue crimes :rof:

Does Fannie have an issue with ethnic names for buildings, schools, cemeteries, etc when describing surroundings near subject?
If so, I shouldn't bother being so specific and just say near public schools, parks, etc.

My E&O on my software warned me of me using possible biased words.
I use lots of "average" and "good" in my comments. How else can you describe comps relatively.
C4 = Average C3 = Good C2 = Excellent C1 = Best as in Fernando

I was gong to state my exact words but client may see it and Fernando will be exposed.
One example would be like "Several blocks to high school....".
What's wrong with that? Didn't say walking distance.

Hi yi yi yi. You don't know by now? Yes, per USPAP, you have to consider all factors that impact price - THROUGH THE SALES COMPARISON APPROACH. The restrictions we have related to segregation, steering, disparate-impact law and so on, relate exactly to "COMMENTS."

You really don't know that by now? Shut your frigging mouth.
