What amazes me is how people with no exposure or experience with an item can be so sure about their opinions.

Some people will escape calamity because they possess wisdom. Others are taught by experience and suffer the calamity.

My mother once told me that no one is blinder then he who refuses to see.

Did your mother ever tell you this one? "He that is walking with wise persons will become wise, but he that is having dealings with the stupid ones will fare badly."

This is a business decision whether or not to invest in Bradford software, training and pursuing CVR type business. There may be a viable market segment for this type of valuation product. Certainly any success at developing this market segment will be emulated by competitors as there is no bar to entry.

I owe you an apology. This was not a discussion to convince you to buy into CC/CVR. It was just a discussion. I hope you did not see it as any more than that.
CC was something I chose to do because I was getting so many request from Brokers and realtors to do them because they had no clue.
