well, the new forms will be coming out soon so then we will switch to the business discussions. at this point what topic would a new forum have if even 1 topic. We need a new forum.

i have noticed that the hate crowd, mostly the lefties, have gotten their politics into every topic. but maybe they aren't doing appraisals right now, displaced anger showing on their hate comments. mostly the empty head ones have the most to comment about nothing important. they like the echo of their own voice. sorry, my psych major head sorta took control of my reading some of these comments. a good question was asked.
be careful about what words you use. the fbi will be knocking on your door asking you about 'kill time these days', and what does your coded wording mean. is the word 'time' meant to be one of the members here? just like racism. show me the person, and i will find the crime comrade.Anyway, this forum is just a place to kill time these days.
Haha - certainly not the < 0.05 we like to see, but given there were only 27 observations, I kind of liked the model fit - ~ $5k/floor location. Anyway - I did remove the bedroom count as you suggested - as I agree that BR and GLA could be cross correlated, but it didn't change it that much... took the p value down to 0.157. OTOH - it lowered the R2 by about 15%.It looks like Floor Location does not affect sales price. try dropping beds or baths from the model and see if it changes things up. In the high rises, I appraise GLA has a strong correlation with either beds or baths.
and a year later what is it now 0-50? Bad example. We know that is a lie. We had a COVID pool surge price in my market....pools were getting 80-120 return and most pool companies were backed up 1 year.
