Which form should I use for a rent schedule I'm performing for a condo report? I found one for SFR's but not one specific to condos.

Thanks for any help.

Still a single family

Why would you not use that form? A Condo is still a single family dwelling.

I second Don's suggestion.

Also, WinTotal has a "Gross Rent Multiplier Analysis" form which might suit your purpose, even though it is designed for 3-4 unit properties.

Also, it might be fairly simple to use a spread sheet to show your analysis.

Also, use whatever "forms" you need to give you the information you're seeking, keep them in your workfile, and summarize your analysis in narrative comments.

Let us know if you need to express your findings in some other format and I'm sure we can come up with other suggestions!.................Hopefully, some will even be useful!

This Don 3rds the 1st Don's suggestion. Done many rental condos and always use the SFR form.

Then what constitutes multi-family? Just duplexes, triplexes and quads?

Thanks for the input.

1007 form just add it on to the condo report.

Got it done.

Income Approach actually snuggles right up to the Sales Approach too. I love it when that happens!

Thanks everyone.

That is correct. Only 1 family lives in a Condo(at least that is the intent,,,illegal "imigrants" don't count).

Thanks for the input.

They are writing about a RENTAL ANALYSIS form, not an appraisal form. I agree with the Dons
