Thanks for the laugh. I knew I could count on you and tonight I needed a little levity. Still dealing with that "better government through intimidation". Not quite sure that little deal is over. You know us southerners.

I'm sitting here, typing away and listening to Dire Straits: Heavy Fuel on Windows Media Player. The office parakeet is singing/screaming along. I'm going to be in Dire Straits by Monday if all this junk a'int out of here. I've been sick for over a week with the flu. I just love those refi people who tell you to come over during the week because they're home today-sure the morons are sick, that's why they're home on a weekday. Whoops, too late. Now, you got what they got.....

Go get some bootleg mp3's on Bearshare. Put on some tunes and lighten-up..No problems until Monday. Hey, you could always listen to Monty Pythons "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" to really cheer you up.

I'm going to try one of these stupid emoticons :idea: Remember that. Ford's Better Idea (with the light bulb) I always liked the one Chevy dealer around my way that had a broken light bulb in his window. Ford's Better Idea-Shot to Hell. He even had little tie clips made up with that on it.

So you never got to see the new FHA-approved spray irrigation waste disposal system I emailed to you. That would have really lifted your spirits.

I to want to congratulate you; I have read a few of your post and feel that, having you there can do nothing but help this state, and our profession. I wish that others in a position, like yours or other positions that regulate appraisers, whether at the State, HUD, or other levels should take the time to read this forum, especially those who are not like already an appraiser. I am sure they could find things going on out here, that there are a lot of hard working, honest appraisers, which want the bad apples gone just as bad as they do. That some of us might even have an idea or two how to clean up this profession that many of us love.

I'm sure you will give every case a close look from both sides of the fence, and apply fair and equitable decisions.

You should be in Illlinois. They like hotel rooms, steaks, and imported beer on the expense acct.
