Update on my son; they gave him a company truck and signed him up to take five classes this year up in Seattle for different specialties. Everything from concrete testing to hazmat procedures. He gets a the classes, lodging and meals paid for, plus he gets a raise every time he passes a class. Winning!

I am sure the Trump Administration will study the issue in due time and come up with a common-sense solution.

Construction workers have skills, but they need to be vetted before coming into the country. Now that they are here, it should be possible to make exceptions on a case by case basis. But that will take money for case workers, and right now I don't believe anyone in the Trump Admin is interested in that mode of thought. Give them another 6 months to a year. In the meantime .....

That's the political game that BOTH sides in D.C. play with all of us, they have people on both sides thinking that somehow they care about them, when the truth is neither party gives two craps about any of us, I'm a moderate and can't stand EITHER party, but hey, keep thinking they care about you and keep bashing the side you don't agree with and licking the boots and kissing the ring of the side you like, that's EXACTLY how the powers that be LOVE it.

I always wonder how many people the word games of the Democrats work on. Changing definitions constantly and using wrong terms on purpose. For example anytime someone says something about illegal alients, Democrats will instead use the word "migrants" to include both illegal and legal migrants to make their supposed point.

Rational people:Well we should be against bank robbers
Democrats: Well actually most people that visit the bank are law abiding citizens that just want their money.
Rational people: Thats not the point and you know it.
Democrats: Racist

They know their arguments make no sense, so they embrace making no sense, and try to wrap it up in emotion when possible.
