"correction Request", Nice Try, But Nope

You go girl! One of the reasons I am dropping these loser clients is that it gives me more time to concentrate on my main clients. My turn around time improved, so now am getting much mroe work from a mortgage office that used to split it with me and another appraiser. In any case, I figure I am better off relaxing with my dog than doing cheeseball work.

A luxury of these extremely busy times is being able to drop the pain-in-the-donkey clients. In slower times, it's not so obvious how little volume they send and how much extra time those few reports take. I've dropped several to concentrate on the ones that will be here when the rush slows. There will always be purchasers and well-established lenders to serve them. That should be the target of anyone in these rush-rush times since the others will fall by the wayside later anyways.

There few feelings better than telling one of them where to get off, writing "Cancelled" on the outside of their orders, tossing them into the to-be-filed pile, and thus reducing the to-be-written file. It also humors me to know that they're now at the end of someone else's 5-week line. :usa:
