For a dollar .. my grandkids can have it ... hell if they get $5 for it ... thats a 5 fold increase over our life time. Not bad ehhhhhh?

Oh wait .. I dont have grandkids ... hmmmm ... I will think of someone to leave it to.

I'm hoping that comment was made in jest rather than a primer on why most appraisers aren't wealthy.

Didn't some trainee pose this very same question a week or so ago? If I remember correctly it only got a couple of responses (most of which were from very exprienced appraisers).
