CRMLS--How to search for ALL properties within zzz feet of the subject

Impromptu consulting assignment for an individual who needs a list of ALL properties within s zzz foot radius of a specific property, to develop a mailing list to notify neighbors of a pending liquor license application. I think I will need to use the Realist option built into CRMLS but unsure of what criteria (or maybe no criteria except the mapping functionality). Ideas?

{Edit function won't work} problem is that realist doesn't seem to have a mapping function like MLS...

Worse case, go out in the field and measure zzz feet. Go back to map and use a compass.

CRMLS doesn’t have a map search option with a radius tool?

Yes, CRMLS has a great mapping tool but only properties that ever were listed would be included in the results.

I haven’t used CRMLS in years but there must be a Status option, no? Worst case, you could just export the data and sort for SP in excel

But properties never listed wouldnt have any status...but I just watched a You Tube video about Realist mapping. The client needs all properties within 660 feet to send letters announcing plans for a liquor license.

Oh. Got it now. MLS will not work for that.

Dude, just use Zillow. You type in said address, go to the map, zoom in to see all the addresses. That or the Assessor's site. Now you owe me a cut of your fee....

I don't think you grasped the assignment. They are looking for "every property within 660 feet of the subject address." That is different than a single address they already know.
