CRMLS--How to search for ALL properties within zzz feet of the subject

I don't think you grasped the assignment. They are looking for "every property within 660 feet of the subject address." That is different than a single address they already know.
Yes I know. I did "grasp" the assignment.

Go to zillow, enter your address, go to the map and zoom in..... what do you see? I'll tell you, "all" the addresses, sale or no sale transactions, within the 660 ft of the subject address to compile a mailing list. Sheesh

Do I go in homes for sale in zillow and then enter the address?
Do you have to be a Premier agent to get access to the mailing list?

Dude, just use Zillow. You type in said address, go to the map, zoom in to see all the addresses. That or the Assessor's site. Now you owe me a cut of your fee....

You need a public records dump. Not an MLS dump. If the distance involved is only 500 or 1000 feet you can do that manually in the map feature in the CRMLS. You can just right click each parcel and it will show the address and the owner's name. Parcel by parcel, block by block.

Or you can right click a location on the map and go to the layers menu.

Damn, that's one long sentence. Couldn't keep up with you. I had to breath.

Impromptu consulting assignment for an individual who needs a list of ALL properties within s zzz foot radius of a specific property, to develop a mailing list to notify neighbors of a pending liquor license application. I think I will need to use the Realist option built into CRMLS but unsure of what criteria (or maybe no criteria except the mapping functionality). Ideas?
That would likely require a rather sophisticated program or simply doing it by manual means.
