Yes. Although Fannie Mae appears to have changed their minds about on frame modulars. That was their original policy then they changed it to accepting on frame modulars but this guideline dated 2020 states they will not accept them. This document should be read by any appraiser that thinks they might or already accepted an order for a manufactured homes. Lots of good information here. Thank you for posting the link.

Joann I think that applies to existing so-called on-frame modular. Whats interesting is that Freddie Mac doesn't have an issue with on-frame modulars.

My guess is they will amend that paragraph and give some year date, that all built before 2020 or something like that
