David vs Goliath

look at what his gse's buddies have done to communities by sticking them in loans they could never pay....

They get paid with tax payers money. Wash-Rinse-Repeat. You two still haven't figured out how it works. Lmao

Actually it's guys like you that never contributed anything to the profession and just expected to take orders and make a good living.

You didn't join any organizations or work on legislation with your local politicians you just took orders from AMCs until not enough came I'm to survive. Your just a complainer but you have no solution's to the problem.

I was a member of two state organizations for about a dozen years. Local chapter president of one, and worked my way up to state president for two terms. Trust me, I’ve donated my share of time and money in this profession.

Then you failed at your job and this profession is not for you. Kudos that
you did your best, but getting close is
not the same as winning. You can't get a little bit pregnant.

I believe economically it's best you get full time into something you can make a good living at and something you can promote, because, your not changing the appraisal world or contributing anything positive to new appraisers. Your too Ethical and Honest to be in a world of white collar criminals and Reeva types

I don’t need your advice. I have 3 income streams. 4 if you count my wife’s. I’m doing fine. I knew this professional was doomed The first time I sat in the room with the snake oil salesman and saw how they spoke to and out right threatened the appraisal board members.

What have you done for the betterment of the profession?

Sometimes we don't realize that we do need advice. Valuable time wasted on pounding one's head on the concrete could possibly allow you to not have to be working so many gigs and just do one job and make a good living. You admit your not changing the appraisal world so that's a good step forward.

Imagine 15 years ago being so stupid to think the solution to any problems you have would be to inject the middleman third-party. 15 years later, they’re owned by hedge funds, and their executives are having breakfast meetings with the GSEs.

And you thought the appraiser mortgage broker relationship was corrupt? :rof::rof::rof:

The most valuable lesson anyone can learn is to not put all your eggs in one basket. I would never only work for one company.

imagine if you will...that 15 years ago they blamed the appraiser mortgage broker relationship as the reason for the financial crisis...and now the mortgage broker appraiser just inserts the value

its 2am the fear is gone... :rof:
