No, you can share the file with your attorney. Your attorney is representing you and has a duty to maintain confidentiality with any thing you say or give to him/her. An attorney provided by your E&O insurer will understand the situation when it comes to appraisals and confidentiality.So I can't give my file to my attorney without the court compeling it due to client confidentiality?
