After a decade of lobbying and threatening every regulatory body out there, they turned into a little bit of everything. Obviously, they were never meant to be appraisal companies. It’s a good case study on how things in this country get accomplished.

At least until a bunch of Luigi’s come around and disrupt things.

My personal experience with AMCs has not been bad.

I worked with my mentor for seven years and when I went on my own in 2013 I had no clients. STARS really helped me launch. All their orders were towards the high end. They were a very good fit for me at the time.

I don't have any AMC now but they worked for me when I did work with them.

Stop with the pretending like you are some banking big dog. Fake as ****.

I'm not a banking big dog my family owns a mid size direct lender and I used to work their and I still go in a few days a week. You are limited to AMCs probably never worked I direct lender who funds off warehouse lines.
