The market for appraiser hours in many areas is still significantly oversupplied. If it wasn't then the fees would be higher.
Fly-B-Night AMC: We have an assignment for a 5000sf home on a 10,000sf lot located just 60 miles from your location. We are offering $300 and expect a 24hr turn time.
