Hi Guys,

Currently I'm a new license appraiser for the state of California. I'm not able to do onsite inspection or drive-by...

Therefore, I'm looking for some AMC or lenders that assign Desktop Appraisal so I can keep getting business...

I found Proteck so far does anybody know more...

Thank you guys for your help....and if you have advice feel free!

If protek is all you can find, find another job until things get better. Really.

You may want to search the Forum's "Good, Bad and Ugly" section for comments on Protek. Most comments are not kind. You will find many will foretell what you will encounter going forward if you assail yourself to their needs. If you are being mentored, I would begin cultivating a relationship with the clients, specifically the mortgage brokers/loan officers, your firm is already doing work for. Mortgage officers can be nomadic and move from office to office. They bring their book of business with them wherever they go. Well-seasoned mortgage brokers/loan officers generate the most business. Stick with them and stick with those that they mentor as well for future business. Good luck and keep learning.
