I saw picture of fence. Not a problem. I didn't see picture of deck.
Again, I don't know set back rules or PUD rules on the development or local code rules.
Makes no difference. It is detached. Other issues could be involved. Idk.
I can't really fathom two owners sharing a deck that crosses the site boundaries. Idk. I am kinda lost.
