GLB does not apply in many cases. Putting aside work for lenders. GLB only applies to appraisals performed for individuals, not corporations, LLC's and others. That is why I keep going back to the state statute. It applies any time you are functioning under your appraisal license.

That is the best, most inclusive, broadest reaching citation. By the way, unless the attorney is trying a case in Federal Court, it will also be the one the state court is most likely swayed by.
