Do you need more work?

The older folk's on estates and things like that still mostly use the phone where younger only text but estate 90% wanted to talk to live person.
I got a call yesterday wanting to know my fee and turnaround time for an estate appraisal.
I always ask how they know about me? Referral from an agent or past mortgage broker.
He said from an attorney. WTF.
I don't work with attorneys. Must be a satisfied attorney from a recent estate appraisal I'd done.
 
For the first week so far I've spent $55 on 4 leads which turned into 2 desktops ($295) and 1 rush market value report ($695) the desktops have prepaid through the site the full report is being sent this afternoon by Venmo. I had no idea this would work out like this hope it keeps up.

Do you really want to blow your mind? Go to google notebooklm create a new project and drop your url of your site there. then hit audio overview and it will generate a 15 minute podcast about your business depending on your content. Google said if your content is good it will boost your site I submitted indexing in search console I'll know in a week or so if it helps mine. Blown away at the realism of 2 people chatting about my biz though.
 
T'was a good inaugural year for my GBP/Thumbtack I did 43 private appraisals the bulk of which came from June onward. Literally free money all for the low low cost of $0. Simply search, how to set up a Google business profile and get 10 5-star reviews and your phone will ring. I now rank as the #1 ranked appraiser in my area with Google analytics so next year I'm focusing on my website. I just started blog and podcast pages which spiked my site now to add videos so goog thinks I'm an expert in my field and gets my page off of 15 and up into the top 3 like my boy @Functional Obs who DOMINATES in this area. Imagine, dreading taking phone calls because you get too much private work :ROFLMAO:

I can honestly say that if all lending work went away tomorrow I'd be fine. With the recent roolout of Google Maps ask AI function your Google Business Profile is important as ever. Think of it as a super simple ultra converting hyper local website bc it's exactly that. 1 year in and the amount of private work coming from this is silly. Prob my last post itt so I'll be brief and give a quick summation how you can ditch your AMC clients and charge what you want.

-Ask Google how to make a business page
-fill it out completely and I mean take screenshots and go back and forth to Gemini and ask how to SEO your GBP. You can never add too much
-get 5 star reviews and be merciless this is key. at least 10, 20+ and you'll be golden
-add pictures with text (updates)
-add your expertise in your description (what Google AI will look for)
-add updates with pics with text about a specific appraisal youre working on with specific talents that set you apart so Google knows youre an authority
-keep updating it, make a blog post, add a video of a cute dog you saw while doing a divorce appraisal. Google loves any interaction just keep at it

every month it just keeps going up and did I mention it costs $0 dollars?
