Doctor doesn't like me

I'm still going to Chiropractor every week and I'm on device that stretches me for 30 minutes and then doc adjusts my spine. Pain slowly going away. At level 1.
Seems like my posture is getting better.
Next week I'm finally going to see physical therapist to see what exercises to do.
Also, I stopped lifting heavy weights over my head. Not sure if that caused my spine/nerve problem.
At my age, I aim to maintain my muscles.

At level 1.
That's not even noticeable. I was diagnosed with arthritis and subluxing patella (trick knees) when i was 18 doing my college physical. They thought I must have had Rheumatic fever when a child. And the reason I was 4-F was bad knees. I have 14 calcium deposits on my fingers alone. I live with a good level 4 for days at a time. I don't go running to the doctor with every ache and pain. With the knees I have put off surgery by certain little exercises and frequent use of electric stimulation and a massage gun. I was down a week and went an hour with the electric stimulation at the highest setting I could stand and within 24 hours was much better. But there are few days I don't crab down my steps or at someone's stairs and I hate houses with stairs. I wouldn't give 10 cents for a house with stairs if I had to use them.
