DOGE restricting FHA ROVs and 2nd appraisals

There's no better way to out yourself as a charlatan than to claim you are a subject matter expert, then blatantly copy and paste garbage from an LLM without any attempt at understanding the subject. There is a lot of that going around these days, even from people held in high esteem. This is very frustrating, especially in a field where data verification and credibility are supposed to mean something.

Something that he said untrue? Was it Partisan?
You can be a Republican and not agree with every policy change.
You are so wrong.... :ROFLMAO:

To paraphrase Dana Carvey....
"You are not MAGA enough for the MAGA club"

This was done to cut cost and to not allow underwriters to make the call for a second appraisal. Nothing political the lenders need the volume and speed to keep surviving.

I know him and he's a very sharp guy that does his homework. Which part is garbage?

Sounds like a lender problem to me, I don’t have a dog in that fight.
Right? I know I'm dreaming here but.... it almost sounds as if the more competent, seasoned appraiser needs to be retained for appraisals by clients instead of the cheap, wet behind the ears, Newbie.

it used to be alot easier when they gave us the homeowners estimate of value before the appraisal...anyways batter up :ROFLMAO:

I already showed you one example. Do your own homework is the lesson.
