OK the final draft of my brochure will be available on my web site in just a few minutes.

Ray I took some of you advice and changed a few things. I appreciate you input and everone else's too!

I had a case today I wish I had it finished and could have given it to the borrower. But I have a few printed out and ready to go now!

You will need to take my address off and add you logo if you have one. Feel free to edit this however you want.

Good job. Better than anything I could have done.

Jeff;
have always been hesitent about doing things in writting, only because it can always come back at you. I do take the time to explain my position as an appraiser and what guidelines we need to follow, if they need an in depth explanation, I'll refer them to various web sites so they can learn more.
I never forget the lady that said, after my inspection, is that all there is to an appraisal :?: :?: How can I get into this business, so I told her what she had to do and she then decided NOT to pursue our venue of work. At the end of the conversation, I told her she should give up another $150 for the educational aspect :lol: :lol: - after all I said, if you were quizing your local plumber, he would have just added the additional time into his bill :!: She declined the payout and I left 8O

Good Luck 8)
