EDI or die?

50/50 right now. One customer wants a $5 discount to cover his costs. I'm still thinking about it.

I had a couple lenders ask for a discount because I didn't have to print it. NO WAY.

That is a very bad precedent, don't do it!

Appraisal fees are already so far behind the cost of living increases in the past 10+ years that any discount is absurd. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Electronic order and delivery saves THEM the precious turnaround time the want, why would they NOT want to do it :lol:

That is the one I get every time. They don't EDI because they don't have a color printer. It blows me away every time I hear it.

I am going to start charging extra for the outfits that don't EDI.
