I don't even agree with that. I say FNMA can say, okay, this what we discovered. Can you correct this practice?I agree that shotgunning complaints is immoral and counterproductive. I don't think Fannie should be doing it this way. If they want to get tough with appraisers they should make their case individually. And THEN file the complaint.
With that said, the numbers count because not all the appraisals Fannie takes in generate a complaint. Meaning, some appraisers are doing better with Fannie that others. And if the numbers of complaints are less than half of the appraisals they accept then we're not talking about the majority of appraisers being treated like that.
Fannie gets criticized for taking in trash and accepting appraisals from donkeys, and then they get criticized for rejecting and complaining about trash. It's as if they can't win. How about you pick a principle and stick with it?
That's a rhetorical question. I already know the reason for your chronic hypocrisy.
I don't want FNMA in government control because they are not government although they act like they are government lately.
