When I switched in June they needed a copy of my old policy for my prior acts coverage date. Retro coverage was included in my policy at no extra cost.

My E&O carrier is AIG, which has a relationship with FREA. You never know when you might need E&O, as I learned recently. I filed suit against a debtor and the debtor filed a counterclaim for malpractice. AIG is paying for my defense attorney for the countersuit.
