Evaluations & USPAP - Question from a bank staff appraiser

Yes, we were all in the same classes. Terry does DOT work now as far as I know.
Terry Evans may be gone now. His wife was precious to me too. He was in bad health the last time I talked to Ann a few years ago.

Terry will go down in history as one of greatest appraisers I ever met. He gave his wife the credit.

No, you didn't want Terry on witness stand in a court of law against you.

Remember I was born in Linden hospital and my family lived in Perryville at Mousetail State Park. Me and Terry connected quick. Many of my ancestors lived right at Mousetail State Park. My Great aunt sold some land to TN to build Mousetail State Park.

When I tell you I am a hillbilly, I'm not joking.

Circling back, support for what I wrote in post #46:

This may have been his father. Because Mike is not old enough to be a world war 2 vet. I thought you said the Mike you are referring to was a world war 2 vet.

I remember the name John Burrow. He may have been the one that took over the commercial side but Kim was his right arm and maybe it was her and John that took the business over. His office that his daddy owned was on elmore park rd in Bartlett. He sold it I think. Or he may still rent it.

Big guy? Pretty big boy.
I assure you, I know who signed my checks for 15 years. I know who you are. Cutesy fake names are just that.

John Burrow didn't take it over. It was Kim and Doug after Mike left them for the chief appraiser at big bank in Oklahoma I think.

His new wife was there. Where would I go?

Kim and Doug are both great appraisers. Kim focuses on residential. Doug focuses on commercial.
Zoe. You have a major reading comprehension problem, or possibly ADD. I am serious. I worked for John and Susan Burrow, who owned their own company. I left that company and went to Statewide as a trainee. I was there before Kim and Doug. We all trained together under Mike. I was a couple of years ahead of them. Yes, Kim and Doug are great appraisers. I consider myself as good as my last report as should all appraisers. Doug and Kim are both Certified Residential. I was too, but went through all the necessary hurdles to earn my Certified General in 2004. Yes, I fell for the hype. I advise people NOT to waste their time on earning a CG now.

No, he is alive. Also, you probably don't want ME on a witness stand against you. Ask Ikea, lol. I took Terry's NAIFA classes for condemnation work years ago. I promise I have been an expert witness in many different scenarios. I did it daily for years. I've done commercial narratives for YOU when you were at a bank, commercial work. Might have had some MAN's name on it to get the business but I DID THE WORK and I cosigned on most all of them as INSPECTED as well.
