Fannie Mae now reconsiders AI Ready

Who were the architects?

That I do not know. This was "standard language" on Fannie Mae forms before I became involved in such things.

What does your "book" say about someone providing written permission for an action. Most consider that "explicit" permission rather than "implied" permission.

It is not the file format that grants permission to data mine, it is the appraiser's signature under Certification 21. Anyone who does not want to agree is free not to sign such statements.

I liked it as well, but probably for different reasons than you :)

Dear DWiley,

As within Certification 21 of the Fannie Mae Form, what and who do you describe and define as a "data collection or reporting service"?

Respectfully,

Maverick

Pat's suit is old news. If the subject were so clear, one would think it would have been resolved by now. What is the status of the suit? I don't particularly want to pay to check on it.
Because of that old news, it has opened up new news and more to come. Why do you think so many inquiries from all aspect of the Congress, regulators, News outlets, forums, blogs, other Lawsuits, have been brought up because of this "Old" suit. Just as any complicated issue, it takes time to understand it. Now that they see the real issues behind it and liabilities, more questions arise. The lights have been turned on Mr Brown.

That is a question best directed at the outhors of the form. Using a standard dictionary, my answer would be that it is a service that collects and/or reports data. The wording is very broad, IMO. Perhaps Fannie could clarify it.

Such an armored warrior, but with a small sword.

Since you are critical of my answer, what answer would you provide?

The words say what the words say, and the whole point of signing the cerification is for the appraiser to acknowledge what the words in that certification say.

If I had such insight and insider connections and Brain Power as you do, I would be honest with myself and tell the appraisal profession the truth and will do my hardest till I no longer had any more clients to make changes for the protection of the American Public and improve the Appraisal profession and then go into the protection witness program.

Actually, many are critical of you answers, you can use theirs, because they reply as I would and many explain it much better than I would, and when I am about to answer, someone has already answered for me.

I kinda wonder why the ones you so whole heartily defend are not here to speak for themselves. At Least Biggers has the Bull Nuts to defend himself.
