Math or it's acquaintances can be influenced (always a problem)
algorithms (plural noun)
The papers being written are for an "Intended Use", otherwise, they would not be developed. All one needs to do is follow the money, so to speak; since D&F it has all been about Lender favorability, nothing to do with Public Trust. IMO just find this all very curious; appraiser shortage ? AVM ratio's more favorable ? Algorithm's ? ALL heading in one direction !
tmd - there is a finger in the dyke that does not belong to any appraiser, that alone is a very scary scenario; NAIFA/AI won't stand a chance; read an article the other day in regards to the PIW issue by someone, (FHFB ? ) who suggested a longer discovery process back in MAY, apparently it was to no avail; I guess what I'm attempting to say, if you work for the mortgage insurers I would be more concerned than anyone. When AVM's get the go ahead, no one will be held accountable, it was a computer algorithm error......."Time For A Bailout". The protection path is being paved very early on.
