I've done a ton of these in Santa Barbara, seems kinda cheap compared to Santa Barbara. Maybe the prior sale isn't any good. You need to call the agents on these and get into it. It's much easier where I am now. I was never paid enough on these and you always end up working so much harder because it's so much money.
