FHA Appraisal Conditional On Crawl Space Access

I wish I would have known the crawl space inspection was necessary for the appraisal, but nobody told us. We would have made sure it was accessible.

I understand and this is something your agent should have been aware. I know that being in the middle of a transaction is stressful especially will gaps in information on the process. This is however what your agent is there to address so I would insist that they do what is necessary to resolve the issue.

I will keep doing what I am doing a pushing back until we get some results. Thanks for the information, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything else I could be missing.
