Looks like some here need to read what Greg said, too.

The lender can either accept or reject the appraisal. Fix it or the lender can bypass the conditions. Is that difficult to understand? If i saw siding like that it is getting written up. That is not marketable in my area.

No one would by a house with some minor vinyl siding damage?

If the house has cracked siding that means possible wood exposure which is a FHA required repair. smh. I do minimum FHA work and i know more then the so called experts.

Tell me it cannot be exposed wood.

I think i can see through the crack from the pic. What is the house made of metal. you know nothing

You're a nincompoop who seldom has anything useful to say. I doubt if you're even an active appraiser. Just and anti-gob'mnt gadfly.

The MPR you're talking about is for post '78 construction where defective paint surface expose the underlying wood to the elements.

The OP scenario is minor deferred maintenance that doesn't rise to the level of a required repair.

You're just mad because this is probably your report he's talking about. lol

Imagine when it rains and the water pouring through the cracks. Probably looks like this now after the siding is removed.
