I've got a MB screwing around with me. It took him 5 attempts to get me the FHA assignment sheet. The previous 4 assignments were hand written stating "assigned to #license number". Yeah...that's official. The 5th attempt was an assignment sheet of sorts showing a case number being re-assigned from my boss to me. It was kind of what I wanted but, it was different from the other number he'd been sending. And in this case this is supposedly a re-assigned number from one mort. company to the present on an appraisal we did a few months ago. That number and the number from the first 4 attempts matched. The one on a real reassignment sheet did not. And on top of that the guy is maneuvering to try to stiff us for the appraisal.
So anyway, I wanted to verify the number he gave me and see what property it was assigned to so I can turn in his company to FHA when, I know it's coming, he bails on the payment agreement because we have not "given him a value he can work with".
I'm headed out on a week's vacation so if someone has the number to contact FHA handy and is willing to share it I'd appreciate it.
