FHA Crappy DAY for C in VA

Sounds like it is time to contact your local HUD Office and let them know what is happening.

I have, maybe, just maybe they will listen, if they start hearing it from all over the country.

Remember, best to get some of those requests in writing, then you can forward them to HUD.

Tudor,

I believe they will listen. I have contacted HUD several times about issues with a lender, and they have always responded. One had to do with the correct address of the subject. The other had to do with the lender paying me. I won in both cases. In the case of the pay, the lender was told to pay me or else, and the complaint was forwarded to the OCC. I got paid.

If we do nothing, and say nothing, and do not let the HOC's know what is going on, of course they will do nothing. But, get their request in writing, then get a live humann to send it to at HUD. Also, send a copy to Pam Crowley just for good measure.

Hang in there C. I'm in the same boat as you. Time on the forum will equal more knowledge you gain, but the longer(by a long shot) the jobs take to complete. The more ethical you get, the less S.B. brokers you get.

When you get a good client who is concerned with MV and MV only, you need to take care of that client and give them priority. This is hard to do when it's busy, but a necessity when times like this appear. I'm still trying to figure it out too.

Be glad you're not in N.VA. We're going through some hard times right now. My colleagues from your neck of the woods seem to be holding there own!!

Better morning in VA

Thank you Mike.. your kind words are indeed appreciated. Things are looking up a bit this morning. The peeling paint MB got educated and wrote this to me this am:

We are gonna get it fixed and do a 442...we'll call you in a couple of weeks to head back out there.:clapping:
