Sounds like it is time to contact your local HUD Office and let them know what is happening.
I have, maybe, just maybe they will listen, if they start hearing it from all over the country.
Remember, best to get some of those requests in writing, then you can forward them to HUD.

I believe they will listen. I have contacted HUD several times about issues with a lender, and they have always responded. One had to do with the correct address of the subject. The other had to do with the lender paying me. I won in both cases. In the case of the pay, the lender was told to pay me or else, and the complaint was forwarded to the OCC. I got paid.
If we do nothing, and say nothing, and do not let the HOC's know what is going on, of course they will do nothing. But, get their request in writing, then get a live humann to send it to at HUD. Also, send a copy to Pam Crowley just for good measure.
