I've only been spanked by Mr. Evans, so I have no reference point as to who the meanest mods are. :rof::rof::rof:
I suppose that could lead to an inappropriate relationship and may even violate forum rules, but that's personal, you do whatever floats your boat. :)

I don't know about the spanking thing, but I have heard that one is a proponent of swallowing.:)

All right.....Back on topic.....

Actually Mr. Fookes I don't think you would make it out of the Grammar Police Academy. The YOUR I used is possessive, the object of the possession is the word THREAD.

It would not make much sense to say: "Doug, you might want to rename you are thread here..."

Would it?

You are correct, I really wouldn't make it as the police, I've been slammed on my grammar more than once, but I hope I've learned in the process.

BTW, My correction wasn't directed at you, it was directed at the writer of the poll. Your use of the word "your" was not being challenged. :)

The YOUR used in the question should have been STATIVE, not possessive.

NOW back to the point (sorry Mr Evans).

If licensed appraisers end up working at McDonalds, doesn't that mean they will be making more money than the certifieds?

Back on topic, I'll tell you what I heard yesterday. One of the appraiser's I work with went to the FHA/HUD seminar at the Denver HOC on Wednesday. The word from them is that only certified appraiser's will be FHA approved after October. They had no answer for the grandfathering question.

Certified by who?

FHA doesnt know what the law means. If they do, they arent telling.
