FHA Loan: AMC requests 1004d for value?

What they're getting, since this all came about from a "request" to
change the name of the Lender/Client, is a whole New report.

New Client, new inspection, new effective date, new report.

Market looks a little different - value estimate might be lower, can't be sure right now.

Riick, if I remember correctly, you got an answer from the HOC a couple weeks back that seemed to contradict FHA guidelines, as does this reply. Are you getting these answers in writing for the file to CYA?
